Happy Five Months Til Christmas!!

My sisters are at my house right now.

This is the first time Ally has been here, she's so excited that she's actually sleeping right now. :D

We just had a VERY long day in Casper. We actually slept in til like 8 though. We drove about two hours to Casper, ate lunch then spent a few hours in Hobby Lobby. Let me tell you, you could die in that place. Because there is so much stuff that you would forget to eat.

After that we spent a few hours (and a lot of money) at the mall buying clothes. Yay!

Then we ate dinner and spent like a year in Wal*Mart. Then got some blizzards at Dairy Queen and came home.

It was a very long day, but it was one of the most fun I've had all summer. Sure beats yesterday when Ally and I woke up at six so I could go lift weights. Oh ya, only three more days of that!

Um, tomorrow we are painting a ship. We are doing that at Cari's house. I'm not sure if I'm excited or not. Today we bought a lot of camp stuff. And some things for my birthday party!!!!

I liked spending the day with my sisters and my mom. We had some funny moments. Like when my baby sister started singing about a chicken leg and root beer. Or when Brittany got a pirate hat from Long John Silvers.

Overall today was fantastic, and exhausting.

Happy five months til Christmas.

Memories!!!

I stole this from my mom...

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses.

Driving Under The Influence...Of Me

Today, Kim and I went to the grocery store to get some desserts.

On the way, she made it clear that it should be illegal to drive with me.

She kept laughing, even when I did nothing, and I was scared for my life. I told her she was going to get pulled over for being under the influence.

She said "of you!" and started laughing again.

I swear I didn't do anything. I just have the same effects on people that drugs do, without all the carcinogens.

Just thought I'd warn you all.

Artists in The Family

' Brittany is one of my favorite artists and this is one of my favorite pictures she's ever drawn:
I keep markers in my purse at all times for in times of need. These are pictures I drew during church a week or two ago. They are scenes from Charlie the Unicorn:

Sliced Fingers

The windows in the dorms were really close to each other so we could talk to each other at night. So one of the nights, I had just got into bed when I hear Caitlin from the next room:

"Jaycey?"

I sit up, "ya?"

"Come over here." "Adrianna cut herself"

I go over to the window. "How?"

"She doesn't know"

So I call Adrianna over to the window, she puts her finger out the window and there is blood EVERYWHERE. Like the next morning, we found blood on the sidewalk, and we're on the 12th floor.

To make the long story short, she has no idea how she cut her finger, because she was running across the room. Running. Across the three foot long room.

She is weird lol. And really funny to watch.

She's not the only one who sliced her finger this week though, I guess my mom cut herself (again) while I was gone. Someone really should hide the knives from her.

Then today, we went to the store and I was running my hand along the rugs on a shelf and all of a sudden there was blood everywhere.

I got a cardboard-cut.

Those are not fun. It's a good thing I keep band aids in my purse.

I think I embarrassed my mom though, because I was sort of jumping around holding my finger in my mouth, while being very loud. She made me give her my finger, because it had to be dry. I didn't like seeing the blood, but she band aid-ed me quick.

Crisis avoided.

So lots of finger slicing this week....hopefully it'll stop.

I'm Back

I'm back, I'm back, I'm back, I'm back, I'm back! (That's a song, by the way)

Let me tell you, that was the hardest thing I've ever done in my entire life. It was three whole days of exciting hardness.

We woke up at about 5:30, ate breakfast and headest outside to a field. There, we got ten million things pounded into our heads. And let me tell you, they do not go slow, you have to pick things up so fast.

We learned cheers, sidelines, dances and stunts. It was so hard to remember everything. We got breaks for lunch and dinner, but other than that, we were in the sun all day.

And let me tell you, I finally got that tan I wanted, but not the way I wanted. Most of me is still trying to get over this sunburn.

In cheerleading, you have to be tight, so tight that after a 30 second cheer you're ready to pass out you're so tired. Being tight is very hard when you're sunburned. Everytime I moved my arms (which is like constant), I thought they were going to fall off.

And that wasn't even the worst part. I had to stunt with sunburned shoulders. A one base stunt. So I had to hold up a girl on my shoulders all by myself, with that horrible sunburn. But I lived.

Also, I found out I get frustrated very easily. I'm not very good at learning dances super fast and I'm even worse at remembering them ten minutes later. My ADD might have something to do with that. :D

It wasn't all super frustrating though, once we got the Extreme Dance down good enough, we got to try it with music. The music was very fast so it took some time to get used to, but now I think I could do it in my sleep.

It was very hard and fun, I'll blog about different things that happened for the next few days.

I Made Up My Mind

I officially decided that purple is my favorite color. I still like pink, but purple's up with it now.

Now if only Doug will admit it's his favorite color too.

Soap Operas

I just watched General Hospital with my mom. I do that from time to time.

Most people know what to expect from soap operas, bad writing, even worse acting, but it's like a train wreck. You can't stop watching. It's that entertaining.

So this time, I saw something that I will mock until I forget about it.

There's some guy, totally wailing on girl #1, like you think he's gonna kill her, and I guess this other girl, girl #2, sees so she freaks out. The guy saw girl #2 so he leaves girl #1 all hurt and stuff to call girl #2. I have never heard anyone so angry.

"IT'S NOT WHAT YOU THINK, STAY THERE, I'LL BE RIGHT OVER"

That should have been her clue to leave, but no, she stays there, worrying about girl #1. She tries calling girl #1 over and over again, but, of course, she doesn't answer. So girl #2 finally decides to leave. But it's too late, because the guy is coming down the hall. She runs back to her apartment and locks the door.

"JUST OPEN THE DOOR. LET ME EXPLAIN. IT'S NOT HOW IT SEEMS!!!!!"

She grabs a giant wooden baseball bat.

"I'M NOT GOING TO HURT YOU!!!!!!"

K, this guy seriously seems like he's on roids or something. He's now chopping down the door with an ax. An AX.

While he was chopping down the door, stupid girl drops her bat and runs to get a knife. So now he's in her apartment looking for her. Which, by the way, she picked the worst hiding place ever. Behind the couch in her living room. He's like two feet away from her.

"REMEMBER THE GOOD OLD DAYS WHEN WE USED TO TALK?????????? I JUST WANT TO TALK!!! I'M NOT GOING TO HURT YOU!!"

She somehow loses the knife.

So now he's got her backed up against the wall. Almost calm. He's begging for another chance. Just one more. So she's like no, props for her, she's not as stupid as I thought. Now he's yelling again.

"YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT JOHNNY!!!!"

So he shoves her to the ground (right about now I bet she's glad she told him no), conveniently she lands right next to the knife.

She gets up and stabs him in the abdomen.

I should watch these shows more often.

Just thought I'd share the crazy guy who screams, beats up people, and chops things down with an ax then doesn't get why a girl doesn't want him. Ahhhh. What a perfect ending to a day...

I Grew!!

Today I had to go get my physical for cheerleading and I found out cool things about myself!

First, my appearance is normal. I'm not sure if that's good or not, but at least I know I'm not freaky looking.

Second, the inside of my mouth is cool.

Third, I grew a half and inch!!! So I am now 5' 3/4"!

That's my good news for the day.

I Am Super Excited!!!!

My two sisters are coming to see me in two weeks! I have not seen my baby sister since February I think. That's a very long time. I miss her a lot.

I have not seen Britt in like two weeks lol. But still, I love seeing her.

Next week I have a camp up in Laramie so that's also exciting. But again, we have to pay for our own presents. I guess it's a tradition that wherever we go, the seniors give us a surprise. But at state, and for camp, they've asked us to give them money. So we're paying for our own presents. Not sure how I feel about that.

But ya, I'm so excited for my sisters, I just had to let everyone know.

My Funny Sisters

Last night we had french toast for dinner. Kim and I had to eat early since we both had to be places at six. So mom, Kim and I were all sitting at the table, when Kim got extremely panicked. "Oh no!" She said this as if she forgot the most important thing in the world. "Is there butter on these?!?" I looked at my mom like "did she really just say that?" and we busted out laughing. It was hilarious, the amount of panic that butter could cause that girl. That's Kim's funny story for the day.

Back in the day, Brittany wrote a story. About a pirate with a banana. A monkey steals his banana and they get in a sword fight. During this fight, Oarnet finds a gun. This is the last line.

Oarnet the Pirate by ~imperial-blackhawk on deviantART

Joshua Bailey illustrated it for her. Brittany was thinking about pirates long before she knew she was one. She is a funny girl and this is one of my favorite stories ever.

Happy 4th of July

Today is not as happy as I was hoping it would be. It does not seem like the 4th of July. We don't have a parade in Rawlins so we will just BBQ and watch the fireworks.

Also, I miss my family very much. Last night my uncle Joel called us and invited us to a BBQ at his house. I miss the Guerrero's a lot, it's been almost a year since I've seen them.

This will be my very first 4th of July EVER without Brittany. That alone makes me sad. But I will ignore all of that for the day and smile. Because no cheerleading today!

For little kids, the 4th of July doesn't make much sense. So I give props to Tara for telling Jake that it is G.I. Joe's birthday. I think that is genius! Because that's basically what it is and little kids totally understand that!

So happy 4th of July to everyone! I miss and love you guys! Yes, even my mom because even when she's right next to me, I miss her with all my heart. Have a fantastic night, don't lose your hearing! :D

Not Enough Hours

Or perhaps there are too many.....I'm not quite sure.

My days are not very exciting. In fact, they are pretty tiring. I have to wake up at six, actually my mom wakes me up, which I am thankful for because I am not happy about waking up at six during the summer. So after waking up at a time that shouldn't even exist, I get to go try to kill myself with weights, that's not fun.

Then I have to go with a bunch of tired girls down to a football field (ya, I have to be outside, in Rawlins, at seven in the morning) to practice cheers. And to watch the new girls try to learn cheers. I try not to get frustrated because I know I'm not the fastest learner, but I don't like having to do the same thing over and over and over again that early in the morning.

So once I get home, I try to watch TV, but that doesn't work very well because it's summer. I fall asleep for about two hours sometime during the day (usually before noon) and watch some more TV. Once my mom wakes up, I get to bug her some, which entertains me for awhile, but she usually makes me do chores.

Now I get to add to my day more cheer practice. At six at night, I have to go stunt, on the football field. Six is a horrible time for practice at night and why? Because that's when I usually eat dinner. The highlight of everyday for me is dinner, I don't like having to wait, and eating before then is just too early. So now, Monday through Thursday, I will have to wait until about eight to eat dinner.

And to add on to all of this, I'm always tired, and sore. Really, really sore. I do not like my coach very much right now. Annie is making me a cranky person.
