Halloween?

Yesterday did not even feel like Halloween. I spent most of it on a bus and in a city called Douglas.

Our boys made it to the playoffs for the first time in 5 years so we played Douglas, I guess they're #1 right now, and we're #8. Out of 8 teams. So they creamed us. 55-0.

So that was my Halloween. I would like to know what everyone else did with theirs :D

we had a chili-cookoff the night before, and tons of candy, but on Halloween night itself, Ross went out trick-or-treating (one man asked him what he was supposed to be: "A disgrunted high-schooler" was his reply, told the man his mom told him he was too old to go trick-or-treating.... I was thrilled with all the chocolate my son got for me!

My neighbor and I sat around and ate homemade donuts with apple-orange-lemon cider -- with cloves & cinnamon. YUMMY!!!! Think I just took on a new tradition for Halloween!

OOPS -- it logged on twice! Sorry.

And I took a fun video (with cellphone) of a friend dressed up in a funny costume, while dancing. Then I passed out when he showed me his other costume that he thought might have been too scary for the children.... it was a very ugly (my thinking) hairy (hair tufts) wolfman costume.

He called me a wuss when he got me back breathing again.

So. There ya go. Aunt Kari is a wuss.
